  • The product is not a custom order or personalized item (these are not eligible for returns unless defective).
  • The product was purchased directly from ViralHeatPrime.com.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Reach out to our customer service team by email at info@viralheatprime.com or call 615-889-0257. Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or rejected.

  3. Prepare the Product for Return:
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. Please ensure that the item is in unused, resalable condition.

  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ViralHeatPrime is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds for Returns:
    If your return is accepted, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding any shipping fees (unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order).

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sale items or products marked as “final sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Opened or used products that no longer meet return eligibility.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund for the defective product, including any shipping fees.

To report a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide detailed information about the damage or defect.
  3. Include photos of the damaged or defective product.

Once confirmed, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective item at no cost to you.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, please follow our standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping Fees:
    Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Free Returns:
    If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund has not been posted yet, contact your bank or payment provider. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
